Artifact 3: Digestive Writing

             Another project we did in class this year was an essay on the digestive process. We got to choose what type of food we were. I chose to do a Subway sandwich. One fact about the digestive process is that it doesn't start with the stomach, it starts with the mouth. I really liked this project because it was kind of open minded.
